Trouble is George I don’t think you will be able to get rings as they need to be registered to an RPRA member. Even if you can get them via a club they still have to allocate them to a RPRA member. You could become a member of the NWHU and get NWHU rings. But then anyone who had birds from you would have to register them with the RPRA.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

won't bother they may want to send rings
just looking at this it appears the sport is going to be in bother. If a large proportion of fanciers do not renew the RPRA membership it may not continue at all. Then what?
