We don't have a race next week Devo, our next one is our first youngbird race from Bovingdon in a couple if weeks.
No problem Trev, enjoy your win, and get young birds ready for racing mate.
I will 🤠😁
I'm trying, they had one trainer last Sunday but the weather has just been dreadful since 😬 hopefully they will be ready in a couple of weeks, I am lucky to be able to give mine an open loft which helps, but it doesn't give them the little bit race practice they need.

I am probably not going to send the birds that have been going every week next week. I’m planning on sending all the hens as they haven’t had a race yet this year as they were widowhood hens but are all sitting eggs now. The cocks will go back to our final old bird race the following week from Ramsgate 168 miles.
How long have the hens been sitting Andy ?? They could well surprise you bruv !!🤞🙏

Trev!
Giving young birds an open loft does not help.
Train them. Even if it's only going down to the shop. Put them in the box. Take them down the road, let them go.

My youngsters and old birds all fly together mate, I don't have the space to be able to split them. I will be getting them trained when the weather permits 👍🤠
