A great read Mike, some great flyers and birds spoke about. Good to hear he took some advice from other top flyers. thanks for sharing Mike.

Take tomorrow will at the loft by 550 it’s not at home I will fly them for a hour I go to work 715 I arrive home 5 I go to the loft by 530 I basket I train 24 miles I leave at 8pm

I know others that don’t work will go twice or 40 miles once
You have to do your best every day to compete

I hear you Neil.
For the 15 years in my last job before I retired, I was up at 6.00, a cup of coffee then out in the loft. All year round.
Now I am retired, I am still up at 7 and straight out in the shed.
Your brilliant result the other day wasn't a random event. You worked for it.

That's if your desire is to be competitive Neil

Some just turn up, send and they're almost on auto-pilot

Take Gary Gordon. I've had him on the phone about 9 times since Saturday - he's going apeshit about his performance.

1-2-3-4-5-6-7 against 1,715 birds is worth a solid 6/10 in his book

Maybe he won't better that this YB season, but it'll not be for the want of trying at least
