I went for two horses today that live and train just the other side of the hills from me at the Stables of Nick Gifford in Findon, the first would have been a good ew bet coming in 3rd, but in the last race of the day the 2nd came good for me
When I worked on the farm we used to supply hay to his Sister, Tina Cook, who also has stables in Findon. Tina's yard used to be the racing yard and family home of their Father, the late, great Josh Gifford.
