Been going for weeks where we live and will continue until New Year and probably passed, boils my pis! really does
Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud

Every night here since Friday
Having worked on the New Year’s Eve event at the London eye for years I have seen enough to last me a life time
Plus it was a disgusting event you wouldn’t believe the fights and arguments that go on that night
Been like Beirut here, dog doing me head in, he's not scared just barking mad. Fook-wits a few doors down had the mother of all bonfires, I thought their house was going to go up, they melted the windows and gutters fire brigade come and saved them with 2 engines

Never mind, do not panic, Donald Trump is the president of the USA, the Republicans are in control of Congress AND the Senate. The headlong rush down the toilet is arrested!
Praise God!
Praise God!

They've been going off round for weeks now too, as you say, they probably will be until the New year
I have to say though that it doesn't seem to bother the pigeons or our dogs, our neighbours dogs hate them and are constantly barking, which does make our dogs bark too
Another of our neighbours had a bonfire and fireworks at the weekend, almost right next my loft !! I did go down to check the birds and they were fine.
However when I was milking cows I'd have dreadful milkings if there were fireworks going off within earshot, which during the summer on the Isle of Wight there often was, the cows would come in very jumpy and bad tempered for the morning milking. It was even worse if there were displays during the winter when the cows were in, as they would charge around the yard and come in covered in shit as well as being miserable, I loved New years day lol

The racehorses used to get very wound up too. They would be crashing around in the boxes and hurting themselves. You can't have bonfires here. It's dry at this time of year and you'd burn down half the country!
