A short break

Roxanna decided Friday morning that we needed to get away for a night. We have had a stressful couple of weeks with one thing and another. So we booked a night in a premier inn in Exmouth. We shut the shop Saturday afternoon and headed on down to the coast to Exmouth. We booked in to the hotel, strangely we had the same room that we had when we last went there 5 years ago. Then we had a walk along the beach before we had dinner. Then went for another walk before retiring for the night.

This morning we got up and had another walk before having breakfast.

After breakfast we packed up our stuff and booked out. Then had a leisurely drive home stopping at a garden centre on the way home. It was only a short break but just nice to get away for the first time in 4 years. Will have to try to do it again soon.

Good for you Andy, you do need to make more time for you both to get away a bit more other wise you'll end up like Frank and Rose Francis

Looks nice mate, it is nice just to get away for a while we do sometimes just for a night we did think about going to Rhyl or Blackpool Saturday for a ride out and couple hours by the sea, but decided against it after I had done birds
