Thanks Buster.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
Great news mate

Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud

The youngsters from Buster, mainly in the box perches, and my weaned ones on the floor and a couple in the box perches. The old hen that insists on mothering everything is in the bottom right box perch. She was hawked twice and has a dropped wing so won’t be able to race.

Me and Trev had arranged to meet on Sunday so that I could give him the youngsters that Buster had bred for him and for me to pick up the ones that Trev had bred for me plus a pigeon that Trev had picked up for me after being reported in Worthing. Unfortunately Trev rung me Friday to say that some of his youngsters had YBS. So we decided it would be unwise to exchange any youngsters, the old bird is coming back via a courier. As the youngsters are only going to get older and stronger we have agreed, with Buster as well, that I keep all the youngsters sent down and Trev is going to keep the ones he bred for me. Buster’s ones are now starting to come out of the loft and are already flitting around.

Yes I owe you an apology Steve, that's two years running I've let you down with your babies
I was looking forward to giving them a proper chance this year, I couldn't believe it when my youngsters started being sick last week
it's not as bad as last year and so far I've not lost any
I have a couple looking a bit ropey and still the odd green slimey droppings with the occasional sick amongst it. I started them on a course of Strike yesterday so hopefully they will start to pick up soon

Good to hear the youngsters have settled in well Andy and are already coming out, I hope they do well for you both.
