Yes Leon i understand, and it is like what we were talking about. German breeders and flyers have their own thoughts on the type of birds that are a household names over there.
The father is a grandson from „Black power“ from Hardy krüger
The mother is a Double Granddaughter „best Kittel“

I am currently keeping an eye on 4-6 cocks which all auction end in about 4-7 days we will see. we will see if I manage to get one of them. I also want to buy back the pigeon from the German classic that I raced with the 8th on the 2nd hotspot and 70th in the final when it comes to auction in October.
What were the breeding lines of that youngster Leon?

I would prefer them to win in the uk myself although I know a lot of our winners win abroad first there are other strains that failed in the uk
So a successful loft in the uk at the distance I want no particular strain but also I wouldn’t want pigeons that only win at 1500ypm as on the north we get a lot more headwinds and 1300 ypm races
Ideally you also really want to be looking at UK fliers who are already regularly doing well on the North road as well then wouldn't you Neil ?? Maybe worth looking at some of the NRCC results to see which names are regularly appearing in them mate.
If you're not worried about that then I'd be looking at the likes of the Buddles from Dover or G.M Preece and Son, they do very well across the water.

I'm still going to focus mostly on the distance races and am aiming to race in the Nationals across the Channel again as well as the North Road with our Club, I'm happy enough with the distance team that I have coming along so won't be looking to introduce anything there next season. I do however want to be a bit more competitive from the shorter races so will hopefully be getting in 3 Lambrecht hens to put to my Alan Still cock birds, and maybe one pair of Lambrechts as well, that will depend on how many of my old birds I decided to say goodbye to.
I also realise that to become more competitive from the short races that I will only do that if I put in more effort as well ;) ;)
I will still be racing everything on the Natural system though.

Not really into them races Trev
My cocks will only go to 350 miles other than the odd one , hens may in time go further
Plus I wouldn’t really look to that corner of country for pigeons that win the Bicc international section as no one sends much from any other area plus they sit in the pound seats and most others are doing dead miles as the birds cross there ,now if they were doing it in National flying club regular or Bicc races away from international races then and if I wanted 2 day pigeons that would be different , there be not for me

The nrcc championship club winners are about 100 miles short of me so again possible not the ones either
If I wanted 500-600 mile birds I would just go to Mark Bulled not many to his level the amount of winners from his legacy/ Die hard family is unreal but my interest isn’t that far

For 400 miles I have a few to try some Mike sourced of the Gaby / wijnants base family he raced
My pal Richy Herron has crossed some zwols with the Covid pigeon blood he’s a double unc winner with the zwols so trying a cross and he’s a excellent fancier
Plus another pal is sorting me 6 to add from his old busschaert based pigeon he’s a multi Durham combine winner so them 3 from trusted people I will try
To be honest Mark B has advised how I should feed after 250 miles and did say the pigeons I have will be fine with patience

Alright so i have been trying to figure out what our stuff like Club fed etc would be and since i can't exactly since probaly its not quiet the same thing here could someone maybe help me out just with sample size of pigeons what has about how many pigeons

these are the 4 things that we mainly have with their avg pigeons size atleast in my region

Club : depends some have 60 our club is the biggest in the (rv) it has about 300-350 pigeons on the first race of the youngbirds
RV : That is every club combined We started off this year with about 1200~ Youngsters
Regional : That is a collect of RV's for us only occures in old and yearlings because we dont race the youngsters far enough so they dont make a regional list Its about 5000~ On the first Regional race there are 6-8 regional races in total
National : I guess this one is kinda self explanatory since its used in other countrys aswell

Just trying to get a better understanding of the Size of all the different stuff that you have in the UK Like Sections, Fed etc
