I noticed that a fair number of real sprint fliers like Bulck only fly a small team of cocks yet hens are becoming more popular these last 10 years or so in the uk .
No Neil

You see some of those coming down through "Super Vale Dirk" above?

Many of those are hens

Some good info on the Gordon Bros site Mike thanks for share

I need to spend some time on there and update/tidy up

That depends on how busy I am but Ian Stafford's pedigrees have just landed on me now too

Would they be raced to raced partners Mike or stay at homes ?
I guess flying very short races the time delay for arrivals or losses are very few

I wouldn't know to be honest Neil

I could guess, but it would be a guess - and I'm a bugger for being precise

A lot of great information there on what looks like a great family of pigeons. I do like reading pedigrees and articles on some of the big names about I'm afraid I just absorb most of of what I read, that's why I left school with no qualifications lol, that and the fact I wouldn't do as I was told
As I've said before, I'm afraid pigeon racing is just a hobby for me and I don't keep up to date with all the current big names and popular strains. I'm only interested in what I have in my loft and improving my team through my own breeding and not by keep introducing new blood lines, yes I will introduce new birds to hopefully help me on the way from time to time but I have no interest in spending large sums of money to improve my team, I'd get no pleasure from that.
You don't see many top lofts with just one colour of pigeon in their teams these days, this tells me that they are all constantly introducing new lines themselves, which ofcourse doesn't make it wrong, just a sign of the times.

Pretty sure i seen this one in the breeding books of Gebr.Herbots Flanders features several pages in there every year. I kinda browsed everything possible almost about blizzard king kittel because im kinda obsessed with grizzles and this feels like the top of the mountain when it comes to grizzles besides maybe a daughter Goed Grijs
