Rohnfrieds racing plan recommends monday tuesday wednesday in the racing season this is for yearlings and old birds tho.

There the races i am keen on I give no importance to yb races

That’s looks decent all natural things in it

I saw that and thought it was similar to what I had seen in a book by Jules Gallez, about training the racing pigeon, published many years ago.
I have a copy somewhere....
