Showing my ignorance fanciers are now on hawk watch when the birds are loft flying. Apart from calling them in when a hawks about is there anything you can do to try and stop an attack?

I have kids disco LED lights they were about £7 each they run on double A batteries I put 3 on the grass or a table they flash constantly I face them towards the trees of sky
My flag is actual a pole with orange bags on it so there flapping in the wind
I don’t flag pigeons they just know if the pole up they fly when I take it down instantly in . It may also help a little with hawks
