Plus I like the RP vaccine and may use PHA this year as I have been advised to do so by my pal so again I can’t get that from them

Thats fair enough mate, as we say, we each have to find what works for us and stick to it. We like what we like, you obviously do well with what you use, and more importantly, how you use it, so keep doing what you do mate.

I get most of what I need or use from Hyperdrug, I find them quite helpful and efficient.
