I see that the animal rights lunatics are to blame for the death of the horse that fell at the first fence in the Grand National. They held up the start until many of the horses were over excited. The horse had never fallen before.
The half wits think what they have done, rather than accepting they were responsible, claim it justifies their actions.

Unfortunately that's more often than not the case that these so called "do gooders" just don't really understand what they are protesting about and do cause more damage but as you say will never accept any responsibility and will always blame someone else 😡🤬😡
