Are they both on the floor George? Sounds like you’re going to have a problem working out which eggs are from who. Probably better to throw the lot and start again. It is a bit annoying when they mix and nest on the floor.

Hmm that sounds a bit of a pain mate especially as you are trying to prove the parents, as Andy says its probably better to chuck this lot away and let them go down again.
