you may well be right Trev i thought that as there was one egg in a nest bowl last week but the vent is not open so i then thought egg bound but no shell

she is still alive and on the perch fed her some seed which she took from my hand

put corn on the perch not seed to-day and she is eating

That's good news, George.
It's 'only a pigeon', but when it's yours it isn't only a pigeon. It is your pigeon, and you care about what happens to it.
I hope she makes a full recovery, :)

I had a hen last year that kept going off her legs between laying her first and second eggs 🤔 she seems to be ok so far this year 🤞🤞
I don't know what the answer is only time and rest I guess, I hope your hen makes a full recovery George.

still alive Trev what i have noticed she lands heavy when coming off the perch onto the floor

she has now moved from the floor to bottom perch to-day she has moved up to the 3rd perch well pleased now she is out off a hen from Pete
