If it is they are breaking their own rules. The only way they could enforce this change for this year would be if they deleted rule 37 at the AGM.

Have just read on RPRA site £17 for this year

Membership of the RPRA runs from 1st March in any year to the last day of the following February, and a fresh subscription is due each membership year. The annual subscription for 2024-25 is £15 plus a £2 insurance premium as an individual member.

Below you can download an application form which will enable you to become an individual member. You should complete the form and forward together with a postal order/cheque to the value of £17.00 per person together with an S.A.E. to your local Region Secretary (not to the RPRA Headquarters).

the £2 insurance fee has been scraped and is now £35 a member for this year

I still don’t think this applies to this year. On chat someone is saying that rule 147 invokes any rule. This only applies to standard rules and not the main rules.

Andy it is correct £35 a member for this year was told by a rpra councilor who voted against it and i now owe £18 for this year it will be in BHW the reason for increase

I will contact Ann Covington in the week to renew mine and see what she asks for, will update when I know

👍😁 I did ask our club treasurer yesterday as I took my ring list and clock round to him for its annual update, he hadn't heard anything yet but did say he'd never be surprised lol !!
