I didn’t send Trev
A local fed here nothing from 115 after 4 hours
My fed ate at 160 miles on the same route and went a hour later I just hope the start was better so they get a run before the fog/ cloud

2 liberations from Wincanton race course today. I don’t usually see them but today I did as they came right over the top of my place while I was waiting for mine. The first lot went at 11.30. 10 minutes later still going around. Second lot went at 12.00. Same result. After around 8 minutes they split into 2 groups. One lot seemed to clear the others were still going around in smaller batches and singles for a good 15 longer. They didn’t have a clue where they were going. They probably thought they had a good lib on site as I’m just the other side of a small hill from the race point.

Well another tough one today, having made the decision to come back to Bovingdon the skies must have cleared at Upper Heyford as the Southampton Fed liberated just 15mins after we left and the other organisation liberated theirs shortly afterwards 😬
I don't yet know how they got on so can't say if we'd have had a better race or not !!
Anyway the 177 birds in our convoy finally went up from Bovingdon at 1.15, I thought about 1hr 15mins to 1hr 30mins, it was drizzling with a lot of dark clouds both North and South of me, those times came and went and eventually at 2.55ish a bird came round from the east behind the house and circled a few times before landing on the house roof, she didn't stay up there for long and was on the clock at 1.57, I expected the others to follow thick and fast but had to wait another 20 minutes for another one then I had a few fairly quickly. I had them dropping in all afternoon then and by the time I went to the club I had 14/22 with 1 more home when I got in from the club at 9.
My first bird was the same pigeon that was First club from Melton Mobray 2 weeks ago, she is out a Rich Gould cock and Busters Blue pied hen.
This is my clock sheet and our Club result, we are waiting for one more result to come in but it looks likely that Dave Maxey will top the Fed and I am currently sitting 3rd.

We will just have to wait now to find out if our last race next week will happen or not.
