They are both beautiful birds Dev, as you say very different eyes to any of the others, with the fullness of them they could cross well though.

Cracking pigeon, I love the feathering on this bird, the chequering almost looks like fish scales.

They are a lovely couple of birds. I love a Red Chequer. The iris in the first one is extremely full but a lovely rich colour. So much so that you can hardly make out any of the circle of colouration or the inner circle.
The second one is better, still quite full but there is a bit of strength in the inner circle of this one.
