Cheers Dev
Preparation for my operation
Not too bad thanks mate, a bit bruised and sore but that's only to be expected
I'm already getting restless as I can't do too much but at the moment the discomfort is holding me back, it's when that's gone I really need to be careful !!!
Keep resting and taking things easy soon be over mate then you will be wishing you could slow down

Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud

for a rest, good going well mate
I had my follow up appointment yesterday evening, the consultant is very happy with how it's all healing I just need to be aware that for at least the next 3 weeks I can still cause the repair to fail if I do too much. I did have a build up of fluid which he drew off but that is apparently quite usual.
Great news, Trev. It seems pretty rough sending people home hours after a surgical procedure, but really we heal up quicker if we are in our own homes, doing our usual things. We just have to do as you are told.
Says me, who was a jockey, and the only issue with any injury was how much pain medication do you need to keep going??

Greetings from the land down under.
Blessed is he who expecteth nothing, for verily, he shall not be disappointed.
