They were having a feed and took no notice of the scream of the drop saw and me drilling and screwing bits together :D

It was bright and clear this morning, so I had a long leisurely retired man's breakfast, then got stuck into painting the framing for the aviary on the loft and the cat run for out at St Arnaud.
We have to keep the cats contained because we have been reliably informed that cats "disappear" in that area. Obviously some sad units feel they have the right to kill other people's pets.
I've used 50 metres of 42x19 so far and need to get another 50 metres when we go to Bendigo this week. Plus about 200 screws so far.
It's coming together well and will be good.
The boys are worth it... :D

Interesting thing, the lung surgeon lady, who is rather beautiful and very nice, :D prescribed a different inhaler medication. It didn't seem to make lot of difference at all.....and then it did.
I spent about 5 hours painting and working out there today. I am a bit sore now, but a month ago I couldn't do that.
Really looking forward to the spring and warmer weather.

I had a call from my mate David this morning. He got another youngster back from the tough Moulamein race. One of mine. One I had hopes for.
Then he told me some $#!^ had pulled the chip ring off it, and taken the skin off it's leg. :o
We agree it was almost certainly someone from the other club who did it. The pigeon must have strayed in after the hard day and the swine has seen the special race life ring on it, and realised it is an Invitation Club pigeon.
Very pleased to have it back, but pulling the ring off a stray and taking the skin with it, that is just about the lowest, dog, act.
