Life in St Arnaud

The kitchen is still a work in progress, next is a wall oven and stove top. The dishwasher need plumbing in. We need a range hood but ducting it out requires some thought.

This is our bedroom,
We covered the bare floor with carpet, painted down to the rail. We will wallpaper the rest of the walls. The same curtains as the living room. I have to shorten them.
I assembled a couple of flat pack wardrobes and it all looks good :D

We have done a lot and gone through a lot of money. But it is ours and we are fortunate in that. :D

All taking shape Murray, i know what it is like doing the home up. It takes a while but worth it in the end. Well done to the both of you.

Of course, when you have a new living room, you must have a new cat tree, Banjo is taking a turn in the box and Flynn is crashed on top.
To suggest that it might be nice to not have a cat tree is heresy :evil: :lol:

That's Olly on the bed. When we bought him home from the cat refuge place he was totally traumatised. It took years for him to let me touch him. He was his mother's boy. Now he wakes me up in the middle of the night for a fuss and a purr, then hops off the bed... :D I can even pick him up for a minute, but not too long. Something bad happened to him...

I've been following events in the US of A, after another attempt to take the life of President Trump.
I have reached a conclusion.
Difference between a democrat and a Republican? Republican can think straight AND shoot straight... :D :lol:
