The birds love their veggies, they soon whack it down when it is put in the lofts. They thrive on it, along with the pink grit. Murray does this daily, and that is no secret.

Great photo of the cockatoos. Lovely looking birds.
Good to see things coming along nicely.
Thanks Andy.
But to be honest, I am quite worried.
I've got pigeons in the Meadow OLR in Melbourne. I've got pigeons in the Horsham Breeder plate race. I've got other pigeons in Horshan lofts.
I've got a small team starting to train and doing well, which can race this year. I've got a kit of late breds that look a million bucks
It's all going very well.
Now I'm waiting for the wheels to fall off.

The youngsters went for a little toss again this afternoon. I went the other direction because we back onto a forest with the odd one or two falcons in it.
I had to go a bit further than I planned to find a clear area. I was home for while before they all arrived in a bunch, did a few laps and went in. That was their 3rd time out, so I was very pleased.
Am I alone when I feel really proud of my youngsters when they do it well?

Your not alone mate, i would say your one of the few. That gives your love and care for all of your birds, that what the sport is about.

These are the latest recruits, they've had about 3 days in the box and are doing great. They can go in the loft for a look this afternoon.
The blues are off the W/F Thone' and the Zillion Baby who is a double grand daughter of the Scallop cock. He's a Janssen and a super breeder.
The reds are off one of the red Thone's out of the old pied Thone' hen.
