It is fine Daz good to see they settling well, as they get older they will start to perch so will be off floor, are you going to let them out

Yes as Buster says that fine. They will soon start getting up into the perches.

is it safe to let them out? we have a cage that has been made to fit on top of the landing board

I would just give them a few days to get used to you and your routine then yes the quicker you get them out the better.

my advice get them out younger they are more they want back in husher them out every day and shut door have food in ready when you open the door you will see a big difference every day with urgency that they run in and build on this every day I'll add link to YouTube videos I've done from 1st day out to flying and trapping in brain wash them to door open I must go in and it will stick with them for life

some great footage there worm, sadly my trap is off the ground & my birds are not flyers yet, and the door to the loft is from another part of the building

still put them on a board lock out till your ready then open trap even if there in basket out side on board the open flap with food waiting it's about brainwashed into do as I say for food early doors then it sticks with them
