So this week is our first week with the 3 counties, racing from Maidstone.
They have decided today looking at the forecast for the weekend that instead of racing Saturday when the weather along the South coast is quite cloudy especially down in Cornwall. So they have decided to mark Saturday for a Sunday race when the weather is much clearer with lighter winds. I think this could be a wise decision to give a good race. They will be looking for an early liberation. Although only 128 miles to me it will be double that for those down in Cornwall. The only slight problem for me is that with my widowhood cocks I look to get them right for the Saturday. They are looking good but will have to just hold them for an extra day.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

Yes, it will be lovely for you to just be able to be waiting for them to arrive. I hope you get a nice race and a good result.
Enjoy!
