So last week Gary & Niall Gordon were 1st, 8th, 9th, 10th, 25th, 29th, 31st Open (585 members sent 18,479 birds)

Yesterday's race sees them 1,2,3,4.5.6.12.13.15.16.17.18.19. 21.22.23.24.25.27.34.37.38.39.40 (523 members sent 15,785 birds)

The most remarkable thing is that its the same pigeon "SUPERSONIC BLIZZARD" that's taken 1st Open for the last 2 weeks!!!!

1st 18,479 birds and 1st 15,785 birds

When I say these lads are masters of their trade, those aren't superlatives I throw around easily

That is some performance and some pigeon.
The team must be putting a massive amount of effort into those pigeons. As you say, there are no words to describe that.

Mike, can I ask you they are all Belgium rung pigeons I take it from Flander's Collection, Seldon Leonard/ De ridder, VDBulcks you'll correct me if I'm wrong, are they a test loft or are they buying in a pool of ybs each year to try out from various lines, I'm interested in your take on this.
But as I've said previously that's some going & team performance from the Gordon Bros.
Regards Dave.

Well done to them, another fantastic performance and looks like an exceptional pigeon too !!
I was going to ask the same question as Charlton !!!
Do they not actually breed any youngsters themselves or are they mostly brought in ??
I know Darren May buys in kits of youngsters each year from top European lofts.

Gary and Niall no longer sprint with OB they don't have time to

So each year they get a team of Flanders / Van Den Bulck YB, race them (hopefully successfully) and then they get sold to China

This current crop may well have just had their last race

As things stand I don't see them racing on Saturday (unless something changes)
