A very nice hen in an auction which started today. already at 3,500.00 Euros with 6 days to run on the auction.

Nice enough hen but 2 things are of big concern for me if I were wanting to pay good money for her
1. Her age. She's nigh on an OAP for a hen
2. I could forgive her age to some degree if there was a barrage of top performers that she was responsible for
But I don't see enough evidence of that for me to want to get involved in her

I have a pair bred me 5 fed winners
But I must have bred 35 plus from them most are useless so a 8 year old with no info I would run a mile from

There is several top pigeons in this auction. Full sister grizzle best kittel. Daughter Porsche 911 etc. They are owned by kemper pigeons they are known over here to mainly just breed pigeons to sell them and i have only ever seen them race 1 year.
