thanks all it's early days and they are doing ok at home aswell hope they can keep it up and not drop off I'm away for this week's race and loft partner and dad got all stress while I'm in Amsterdam for Easter break no I'm not having any funny stuff just beer before you ask I'm might go looking at naked women but I'm a man I can look just won't touch

I have Copenhagen has most bikes per population 3 bikes for 2 people was crazy

Theres a fantastic ice cream shop on the corner by the end of the famous coloured houses

Once you live in a truly competitive area you soon learn the impact of a less than perfect trap (sprinting of course)

We all like to win the Fed by 2,3,4,5 mins clear on perfect racing days. Alas its easier written than achieved which is why 99% can’t grasp the mechanics of whats needed to produce a clear Fed winner on a good racing day
