this is my oldest grandson he is 16 was allowed to leave school to train as a chef at a Oxford college kitchen as he thinks he knows it all been studying cooking since he was 12 the cookery teacher was glad to see the back of him

Wish him all the best George, my daughters boyfriend is a chef did same started after school he is now 27

Good to see George, some people just learn more hands on than they ever will out of books so good luck to him, I hope he enjoys it and does well.
Our Cousin became chef as an alternative to being a train driver lol, he worked in the house of parliament and various wine bars etc in London and last I heard was consultant helping up and coming chefs start up their own restaurants/kitchens.
