That is terrible news. I don’t know what’s wrong with some people. I hope they catch whoever is responsible and Geoff and Catherine get the birds back, but I doubt it.

No, they will be lucky to see them again. I hope the thieves have no success with them at all.
The same thing happened in Holland to Ad Shaerleackens not so long ago. Thieves took all his pigeons.

The really sad thing is that it must be someone within the sport The coopers must be devastated as this strong team of pigeons has taken years to build.
I expect you remember too Andy that our Dad had his first pair of Busschearts that he had purchased from Gil Duncan back in the 60s (so they would have been some of the first Busschearts in the country) stolen by a fellow club member
As you say Muzza the chances of getting them back is very slim.
