We have booked to go to Longleat safari park on Thursday evening to see this year’s Festival of Lights. This year theme is “the wonderous worlds of Roald Dahl” We are fortunate that Longleat is only about 20 minutes away. It should be a good evening, it’s always a great display, but the temperature that evening is forcast to be -4c so we’ll have to wrap up.

Sounds awesome, Andy, although the minus 4 degrees bit would worry me! :o

Just myself and Roxanna this time Trev. Maz is working that day so we will be able to leave around mid afternoon and leave the shop in good hands with her.

That will make a nice change for you both Andy as I know you don't get much time just the two of you, make the most of it bro.

Well been to Longleat this evening. Had a nice time. It was still light when we got there but starting to get dark and the lights had just been turned on. It was -1c but nice and dry and very busy.
Here are a few photos, sorry lol.
The theme for this was Roald Dahl. So everything apart from the 200 foot Christmas tree and Longleat house were about characters or scenes from his books.
