That's bad news, Buster. Having recently had it myself you have my sympathy. Not being as young as we were it seems to hang on a bit.
Hope you get well soon.

It's a funny old thing though, when I got it I got a bit crook because of the emphysema, the breathing was a bit ordinary for a few days, but Catherine caught it off me, and it hardly affected her at all.
And she's unvaccinated! :D
I had one, because I was forced to  , but it seems the virus hits everyone differently. Some of my staff have had multiple boosters and keep catching it, while others don't.

And today, one of my staff, in her late 40's, had two ambulances and 4 paramedics trying to stop her from dying in the shop. Massive heart attack. Recently booster jabbed.
There is a lot of it happening.
Purely coincidental of course.
At last report she should pull through, but I am not holding my breath.
Six months ago another person I know, about 50, died from a sudden massive heart attack. No history at all. Just been for a booster shot. Most people are aware of a similar thing.
Of course no one will admit it.

Hope she does recover Murray, have seen several reports about vaccination causing enlarged hearts so who knows

My wife tested positive today so looks like going through us all

I know what your feeling is about the vaccine Murray and each to their own. But I wonder how many thousands of lives it has saved compared to the few it may have taken? That’s something that we’ll never know. As you know you can’t prevent anyone or anything from catching a virus, which Covid is, and people vaccinated can and will still catch it. What the vaccine does do is in most cases is prevent serious illness and death by giving protection against the symptoms.
