After hearing yesterday the sad news that Sir Alex Ferguson's race Horse, Hermes Allen suffered a fatal fall yesterday, today I've heard that a 25 year old Jockey sadly died after falling from his horse in a point to point race. Tragically both the horse and jockey were racing for Paul Nicholls

So sorry to hear of this Trev, another sport with a sad loss of horse and jockey. May the young person RIP.

Heartbreaking news.
It is always very sad when fatal accidents happen in racing. It always makes me grateful that after too many years and many serious injuries I walked away from it. Some don't.
Sympathies go to the families and connections of both horse and jockey.
