Anyway Dev, regardless of the why’s and wherefore’s of where the information came from you do have some great memories to look back on as the title of your post suggests. You were very passionate about the birds and obviously still are. It is a shame that you can no longer keep them as I’m sure it would be great for you to have them around.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

Yes Andy your right, i only wish i could keep a few in my garden. Life is not the same without them, too much time doing nothing. I guess that is why i am doing more traveling, but in different places, i look out for the birds that have been lost with their rings still on. Gimpy is a good morning welcome, so life goes on. But not as we know it.

Anyway, Devo, the best thing that has happened this year is seeing you and George back on the forum.
I am a long way away and really looked forward to the knowledge and experience and opinions on our website. I feel like I among friends here.

Thank you Murray, i am sure George will say the same. It's good to spend quality time with a group of members like yourself, A great group i must say and all have their own views of the sport. It keeps us alive and kicking. :D :D :D

There are so many people you meet in this sport, and some you try to help out. But the fact is some you cannot help, because they want more, and if they dont get more. You soon get to know about it. But that is life i guess.
