Ohh dear, yes that's a bit of hole George. Looks like it needs completely replacing to me, as you say, not your fence then it's not your problem mate.

George not your fence so leave well alone just as a warning as well mate I replaced and repaired 3 sides of fencing at my old house and due to it became liable for all future repairs as I was deemed to have taken responsibility for them
