Is it private property George or a rented accommodation, if that overgrowth could be cut back and cleared that would be a big help

private Steve they put the fence up but because she is single i had to repair any damage i'm too old now and not working she has a good job let her fix it now

Yes George I agree mate, if it's her fence she should fix it.
It looks like her whole garden could do with some attention !!
