Trying its luck this morning

I can't make up my mind if this is the Male or female, they aren't great photos but looking at the colouring I'm leaning towards this one being the Male !!

Have been hearing chattering and screeching in the trees across the road this morning seen two big females go over my roof and into the trees so it looks as if that is what it is

Unlike in Bendigo there aren't a lot of them around here. I saw a big hen falcon being chased by a bunch of magpies the other day.
