I dont do needles myself Murray, hope for a better way. These drinks are bad enough, they are like wallpaper paste.
It does get hard to swallow after a couple of litres 😬🤯😕
I hope it all went ok mate and wasn't too uncomfortable.

Thanks for advice Trev, i took the gas. Also i got great results, Diverticuliosis spoken about and IBS, so looking much better. Thanks to all. a nice drink and relax.
