I also think if a supplement can go on the food it’s much better

Agreed, I much prefer to add onto the corn for a whole variety of reasons

When would you use molasses Mike
Would it be in a Friday for the sugar or Saturday for recovery ?
Or is it a general tonic
Was reading a bit about black strap molasses

I used to use molasses with the dairy cows, mainly to make the ration more palatable. It was poured into the mixer wagon with all the other ingredients. It is sticky stuff. How did you feed it Mike?
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

In the water on a Friday

1 tablespoon per 4 pints of water

I just used to disolve one tablespoon of molasees in hot water, then cool down and top up with more water to a 4 pint drinker
