Red Wattle - almost bleeding.

Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

The photo was taken a hour after being clocked. The bird is Isla Rainy Day Boy and won 1st Section Pau, 1st Open BICC Pau, 1st International Pau flying 554 miles.

So it braved the weather to get home in great time - He obviously went in great condition to the race (after all he won the International)

That's a complete deflection from the point we're talking about which is the impact of red wattles and pigeons enduring rain and how it impacts them in the next few weeks

What’s that to do with it ?
Think what Mike has said and what I have said the day performance is not the issue

The thing is, everyone has their own views, and can care for for their own pigeons as they think best.

Agree
But surely if we have a fancier that won what Mike and his family have won on here giving his knowledge and I was seeking advice who would I listen to

I totally agree Murray

My own opinions are based on both experience and results - not just what I think

I've made more mistakes than any other fancier on here - that's because I'm prepared to try things

The difference between a good fancier and a poor one is a good fancier doesn't repeat the mistake

For sure, we are stupid if we think we are know too much to listen to others, but at the end of the day it's for each of us to make our own choices.
