They get over fat eye in a few days with no treatment. It’s a virus and you can’t treat a virus.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

I had it 3 years ago. The birds soon got over it with no lasting effects.

What I know of Fat Eye is not a simple matter at all

There are treatments out there, but I've never come across anything that's truly effective

It's best to let it runs its course

The thing is its like a creeping death

It only impacts a small % of the team, they get it, then say 7 days or so later they're fine

Then another small % of it come down with it

And then another small % come down with it

Once you get it, you'll have fat eye in that loft for at least a month

That's what "most" fanciers who get "Fat Eye" are seeing

Some fanciers continue to race their YB (selecting those who aren't impacted)

Whether that's the right decision is a matter for their conscience
