Over the last few weeks, i have been finding more out about some birds. i have been having communication with Jens the owner of these birds. He told me these birds need good hard races, with head winds.

That might well be so George
But what if every race is 55mph or faster
Does that mean he gets his arse kicked by ‘faster’ pigeons?

I understand what you mean Mike, but its all about location of birds flight path. In Spain the birds fly from the north of France, so most races are head winds. Where Jens lives, most of his races are on the nose, flying from the north of Germany down to Bavaria. I think maybe it's good for the north road racing myself. Location, Location.

Thanks Trev. I just found out the 4th race in the German classic is next week 270 km, then the final is on the 20th of September 410 km.
270 km is 167 miles
410 km is 254 miles
