if a bird is double rung with rpra ring and another union ring to race under rpra do the other union ring need to be transferred to rpra

so if a rpra member has a double rung bird he must transfer the other union ring even if it has a rpra ring another rip off

not yet will be on ybs have asked rpra counselor he is not sure on the answer

i gift out my ybs and as i'm joining nwhu and using there rings some may have rpra rings as well just in case few are left
