Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

I still don't know why they need 2 rings on? You don't need to be a RPRA member to have RPRA rings in your name.

I was a dual RPRA/NWHU member for many years. I am now just a NWHU member now. But I still have an RPRA loft number, as I have birds still rung & registered with the RPRA.
I like yourself am not in a club, I give birds away for others to race for me. The birds I give away are rung with NWHU rings. Last year a fancier asked if he could have the birds for him rung with RPRA rings. I just got RPRA rings from a friend and transferred them to me. I then just transferred the rings I used to the fancier who got the birds.(any left are still in my name and registered in my name with the RPRA) I'm using some RPRA rings again in 2025 as he wants some more birds from me.

But to buy rings from RPRA do you not have to have a current membership is that correct
