Yes mate, slowly getting back to it. i have been in pain with my back for over a week. Old football injuries, but on the mend. Thanks Murray.
That's good to hear Devo, hopefully you will be back to yourself soon.
I've been suffering too, it's my neck and shoulders that are giving me problems, I am seeing a physio and they are reviewing my pain meds. I just can't sleep, as soon as I lay down my arms and shoulders start to ache, same as you, too many years of abuse :(
