It's 25 degrees at 8 am and the wind is picking up. It's going to be hot and windy today. There are big fires out west from here so it will be a bad day for the fire fighters.

A very misty and drizzly day here. Very busy in town with Wincanton Boxing Day races being held. Myself and Roxanna got out of it and went down to Poole harbour and had fish and chips on the sea front. Not the first Boxing Day we’ve done this. Down there it was a bit clearer and very mild. Not a ripple on the sea. Back to work tomorrow.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
