The top one is the big grizzle. It's funny he's got a stock cock's head on a yearling's body.

I can't post a picture because he hates cameras. He will turn to face the camera until you get sick of it.

Below are 3 random images of some of my old birds

I have no issues with them.

Taken by a photographer these were before the days when various software tools like Photoshop were being used

They aren't "perfect" but in each example I can see the birds character (if you click the image it does appear the correct way, and if you click the image twice it should "zoom" a little)

I would say that Blue Nantes cock taught me more about widowhood racing in 1 week than I learned in a decade

Niel this is away of promoting your birds, and I must say. If they look this good when I visit the loft to buy. well I am on a winner. In my time of buying birds, research then visit loft, handle the birds and at all times observation and questions to the owner. If I thought they were the right ones. They left with me.

They were all Van Den Bosche Neil; the Blue Nantes cock had a Meuleman Janssen father though (that I paid £15 for)

The first one was a cock I called "Big Daddy Cool". He was a proper unit. Too big really.

He came along at just the right time I guess because if he was born in say 91 or 92 he'd have struggled to make the team

But he was a good 'un sure enough.



That 47 member Open Race he won was a 1 Bird Race. Each member pays £10 entry and only allowed to send 1 pigeon

Best v Best. Man v Man. No room for error. Get it wrong and you're late.

The majority of those races I went into I won.

Just a question to members, over the past years we have seen different racing pigeons online, in books and magazines. We are looking for what we feel is the best for our loft to enrich the blood, and hopefully breed future winners and breeders. So people go about it in different ways, I would say still promoting the sport.
