Buster’s blue pied cock has had a lucky escape today.

Obviously escaped a strike from a bird of prey. Not sure if it was a sparrowhawk or peregrine as I didn’t see anything just noticed the missing tail when he came down onto the loft this evening. Probably means he won’t be trained anymore this season and certainly won’t race as the tail is never going to grow back before the race on 20th August. All other youngsters are here and fine.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

There’s no other marks on him Buster so should be ok.
