Have you managed to get in touch with the owner George, mind no interest when alive so probably even less now passed, what area was he from

Hopefully the owner is contacted by the RPRA and reprimanded in some way.

It is disgusting how some fanciers behave especially where non fanciers are concerned, it's no wonder our sport is frowned upon by some sectors !! I've had more strays in than usual this year and I'm still surprised how few of them have any kind of contact details on them.
As others have said the RPRA need to come down harder on those breaking the rules.
