well done Andy well done 2nd and 3rd
Good job again Killer, some top class birds again this week
Well done Andy and Muzza, well deserved, both very nice pigeons.
My 3rd placed bird is a 4 year old Jan Arden cock bred by Brian Doick, he is bred down from a long line of successful channel pigeons. This bird was given to the late Laurie Everett when Brian packed up racing, he was raced by Laurie for ones season before Laurie sadly passed away. I will use him for stock.
Number 7 is also mine, this is a yearling that I had as youngster from Laurie. He is from Laurie's Kellet family and is the deep keeled cock that I mentioned in one of George's posts. He was my first bird from one of the BICC races from Guernsey this year on his 2nd visit, he also flew Penzance 220miles.
Number 14 is a Crammond/Langstaff 4 year old, he had a couple of first clubs with Worthing and has bred me some very promising pigeons too.

No 4 (34) is a yearling out of the cock from Dev & CDBL who won pigeon of the year in 2020 having been first bird from Poitiers 343 mls as a yearling. 34 flew both Guernsey south and Wakefield north this year. Dam was from Phil. No 13 (32) was another one of mine. A 2 year old being out of the same cock as No 4 when paired to a hen from Pete who was third bird from Poitiers as a yearling. 32 flew Guernsey twice last year and Hexham north this year. So No 4 & No 13 in the show are half brothers. My other one is No 20. This is Muzzaboy. A yearling that has flown both south and north. Will be looking to possibly sending all 3 to Thurso 523 miles next year.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
