It was not too hot yesterday and there was a nice breeze, so I put some of the older youngsters in the boxes and took them for a little hamper training.

One might think that taking 18 youngsters half a mile and them coming home is 'no big deal', but there is a bit of a story.
About a month ago I put the boxes on the table and put 9 hen looking youngsters in one, and 9 cock looking youngsters in the other.
Then, all hell let loose.

There were pigeons fighting in the boxes, wings sticking out of the sides, it was terrible. I had to open the boxes and let them out.
So I waited a month and tried again.
